The IT6502D belongs to ITECH’s IT6500D series and offers high power density with excellent load regulation and ripple characteristics. Its wide output range allows flexible configuration for different testing environments. This model supports LIST programming mode for simulating complex voltage/current sequences and provides accurate real-time waveform generation via PC software.

It is ideal for automotive electronics, power module validation, battery charging simulation, and high-speed production testing. With multiple communication interfaces and SCPI protocol support, the IT6502D integrates smoothly into automated test systems.
